WELCOME TO THE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION SECTION!Each of the Homeowner’s Associations for Akela Cove, Peninsula and Yorktown Pointe are making their HOA information available to the residents with the click of a button! In this section you can access your Articles of Incorporation, Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions and Amendments, By-Laws and a current list of the Board Members. We also plan to compile a new Neighborhood Directory in a password protected section that can only be accessed by the residents of each neighborhood. So please take the time to complete your information under the “Neighborhood Directory” tab! This is a great forum to stay up to date in our neighborhood!
